The challenge

Beaches Restaurant wanted to improve the dining experience by allowing customers to pre-order food and place orders directly from their table. Without a digital system, guests had to visit the counter to order, which caused delays and reduced convenience. The restaurant needed a seamless solution to enable table-side ordering and speed up service.

The Solution

We helped Beaches Restaurant:

  • A centralized admin dashboard to manage restaurant operations

  • Menu management system to add, edit, or remove food items anytime

  • Kitchen Order Ticket (KOT) system to track and prepare orders smoothly

  • QR code generation for each table, allowing customers to order directly from their table

  • Table-based ordering, ensuring every order is linked to the correct table

  • Contactless and faster ordering, removing the need to visit the counter
